Tukur Has Finally Resigned!

Embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, has finally resigned, according to a report by Punch.
Alhaji Bamanga Tukur had denied claims that he has resigned from his position through a statement signed by his Senior Media Assistant on Media, Mr. Oliver Okpala.

But Punch reports that with the resignation, Tukur has escaped being suspended from the party by the members of the NWC if he had refused to resign.
