The woman claiming Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion just over six years ago is filing criminal charges, TMZ reports
Model Chloe Goins and attorney Spencer Kuvin are heading to LAPD headquarters right now ... claiming she's the victim of sexual assault at the hands of Cosby.
As TMZ reported ... Goins alleges in 2008 she woke up naked in a bedroom with Cosby sucking her toes and masturbating after he slipped something in her drink.
Here's what's unclear ... the alleged incident occurred more than 6 years ago, and in California the statute of limitations for every sexual assault except rape is 6 years. We don't know if she's alleging rape
