REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR UTME/DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES 2013

 

Each candidate is expected to submit the underlisted documents to the Registration Officer:

 

        1.  UTME JAMB RESULT SLIP / DIRECT ENTRY JAMB FORM.

 

ii       2.    ADMISSION LETTER PRINTED FROM JAMB WEBSITE.

 

         3.      UNILAG POST UTME RESULT SLIP (FOR UTME CANDIDATES) / NCE, OND, HND, FIRST DEGREE RESULT (FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES)

 

     4.      SSCE/GCE/NECO STATEMENT OF RESULT/CERTIFICATE

 

         5.      CLEAR COPIES OF COMPUTER PRINTOUT/INTERNET COPY CONTAINING CANDIDATES' RESULT DULY CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPAL.

 

         6.      LETTER OF REFERENCE FROM A REPUTABLE  CLERGYMAN/IMAM/LAWYER/SENIOR CIVIL SERVANT.

 

         7.    BIRTH CERTIFICATE/SWORN DECLARATION OF AGE.

 

         8.    TESTIMONIAL. FROM SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTENDED.

 

         9.     STATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE.

 

       10. PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS (12 COPIES)

SCREENED AND SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

 

Successfully screened candidates should comply with the following:

 

A.               SUBMISSION OF BIODATA

           (i)       Fill IT data capture form

(ii)     Proceed to Information Technology section

(iii)    Take digital photo, fingerprint and other mini biodata

(iv)     A printed copy of mini biodata would be given to the candidate
           which includes the JAMB registration number, password, surname,
course of study, Faculty and passport photograph

 

 

 

 

           B.         PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Information on this would be communicated to candidates at the
screening centre.

 

 

 

 

C.        DEPARTMENTAL REGISTRATION

Candidates are requested to contact their Department for Departmental registration.

 

D        FINAL ENROLMENT                                                                                                

                                                                                                                                                     Final enrolment is compulsory for all fully registered students. This will commence on 2^nd December and end on 13^th December 2013. Detailed information on this would be placed on the university's web site. All candidates

       UTME/DE are expected to submit two (2) copies of the following documents to the 

Registration Officers:                                                                                                                      

          

          1.    Completed and duly signed Students Biodata

2.      Completed and duly signed Students Information Form (SIF)

3.      Payment Acknowledgement Receipt
